How It All Began...
Born in Egypt, Suzanne learned the art of making baklava. Her daughter, Joanna, attempted to take up the craft but with a small addition... dark chocolate. The result was too delicious not to share.

Chaklava is baked in small batches by mother (Suzanne) and daughter (Joanna) in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. We use only the finest chocolate as well as pecans from a nearby farm right here in Georgia.
